MFCs will be calibrated in their installed position. MFCs will be calibrated with customer gas infrastructure, including its limitations. Available for H2, N2, O2, Air and CO2 (O2 and CO2 with Bronkhorst correction factors). With TIRRON calibration certificates.

Does not include repair of MFCs, which cannot be calibrated. (MFC can not be calibrated within our tolerances)

TIRRON Reference is calibrated at ISO 17025 certified laboratory with 1 year calibration interval. With 5 calibration points: 0, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100% FS.

Tolerance and Uncertainty:
20nmlpm - 1000 nlpm:

-Tolerance: 1 % Measurement + 0.2 % Full Scale of DUT

-Uncertainty: 0.5 % Measurement + 0.1% Full Scale of used References
